Not all my newborns are under 2 weeks old. Sweet Arcadia was 42 days new during her Utica NY Newborn Photography session. The details she provided were astounding. Besides all the back rolls that I absolutely love, and the glorious full, dark head of hair, Miss Arcadia also had natural, blonde highlights tipping her hair! Ahh it was so beautiful! And this is what newborn photography is all about. Capturing those first details that may or may not change and preserving them to cherish as an heirloom for future generations. That great thing about it is mom and dad will be able to enjoy her portraits everyday as she continues to learn and grow. They will never regret hiring a professional newborn photographer.
One of the many benefits of my newborn session is I always include family. Parents and siblings are welcomed to be captured in a family portrait as well as parent newborn portraits and if needed, sibling portraits. Adding a new member to the family is the best reason to update your family portraits.
As a Utica Newborn Photographer, I style my newborn sessions to the newborn’s nursery or parents’ style and décor. Arcadia’s mama requested lavender for her session, and there are no colors I love more then the shades of purple!
