At just 12 days new, Wyatt came to my CNY Newborn Photography studio for his first portrait session. As soon as his parents brought him inside, his dad remarked on the room temperature, “Oh he is going to like it here.” Dad was not wrong. For the next two hours, Wyatt slept soundly allowing me to pose him continuously through my workflow to produce gorgeous newborn portraits for his parents.
When I style my CNY Newborn Photography session, I like to use colors and themes that will coincide with the parent’s home and nursery. I will ask mom if she has any particular colors or themes that she prefers and style the session from there. I use many earth tones and neutral colors, that will compliment almost all types of living space.
As a CNY Newborn Photographer, I always take great care in posing and keeping hands and or eyes upon the baby and in arms reach. When my trained assistant can not make a session, I often bring my husband in to help spot the baby or I will give the parents hands on training then and there. They often enjoy being a part session. Wyatt’s dad was more then happy to help pose his son. When you view the portraits, there are two composites, Froggy and Potato Sack in which he had his hands on Wyatt the whole time. Thanks dad!
I use my extensive workflow of poses to create a bountiful gallery for parents to love and treasure. Portraits such as mine can be passed down to generation to generation. Grandparents will love them as special moments and parents will adore them every day.
